5. Service Fees and Payments Service fees must be paid in full before any application is lodged with a partner Registered Training Organisation (RTO). Eduspire is not an RTO and does not issue qualifications; all certifications are issued solely by partner RTOs.

Refunds and Application Periods Refunds are available only within the 4week Refund Period or where an assessor determines you are not eligible for a qualification, subject to Australian Consumer Law. After the 24week Application Period, all fees become nonrefundable unless otherwise stated. Extensions may be requested for an additional fee.

7. Limitation of Liability Use of the website and services is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Eduspire is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, opportunity, or data. Our total liability is limited to the resupply of services.
