Difference Between Diploma of Community Services & Diploma Of Community Services (Case Management)
In the field of community services, there are two related but different qualifications: The Diploma of Community Services and The Diploma of Community Services Case Management. However, the emphasis of the Diploma of Community Services Case Management is primarily on case management in the context of community services. Working closely with people or families who are dealing with difficult situations, arranging resources, and promoting their wellbeing are all part of case management. Specialized training in case assessment, intervention planning, and referral support procedures is offered by this diploma. Graduates of this program are qualified for positions in community services organizations as support coordinators, intake officers, or case managers.
