DURATION

Three to four weeks following receiving all of the necessary portfolio.  A professional discussion, an exhibit of pertinent abilities, expertise, and experience, and a third-party verification of the proof will all take place during this time.

WHO ARE ELIGIBLE?

You will receive official level Diploma degrees in Management (Learning) with this certificate. Eligible candidates include those with a background in business administration, education administration, customer service, or public administration as well as those with training and compassion. This degree, despite its specialized name, is generic and very useful for anyone wishing to work in the business or education sectors.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

This certification has no specific admission requirements. Candidates for the qualification must, however, be at least eighteen years old, possess at least twelve years of formal education, or the equivalent, and speak English fluently.

PACKAGING RULES

The students enrolled in BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), units of competency as listed below:

Total number of units = 8 

3 core units  plus

5 elective units,  of which:

• 3 elective units must be selected from the elective units listed below
• for the remaining 2 elective units:

• up to 2 units may be selected from the elective units listed below
• if not listed, up to 2 units may be selected from an Advanced Diploma, Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma from this or any other currently endorsed Training Package qualification or accredited course.

Elective units must be relevant to the work environment and the qualification, maintain the integrity of the AQF alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome.
