ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

This certification has no specific admission requirements. Candidates for the qualification must, however, be at least eighteen years old, possess at least twelve years of formal education, or the equivalent, and speak English fluently.

 

PACKAGING RULES

The students enrolled in SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management, units of competency as listed below:

33 units must be completed:

  • 27 core units
  • 6 elective units, consisting of:

  • 3 units from the electives listed below or from any current endorsed Training Package or accredited course.
