WHO ARE ELIGIBLE?

This certification has no specific admission requirements. Candidates for the qualification must, however, be at least eighteen years old, possess at least twelve years of formal education, or the equivalent, and speak English fluently.
PACKAGING RULES
The students enrolled in FBP30517 Certificate III in Baking, units of competency as listed below:

15 core units plus
4 elective units.
Elective units must ensure the integrity of the qualification’s Australian Quality Framework (AQF) alignment and contribute to a valid, industry-supported vocational outcome. The electives are to be chosen as follows:
