WHO ARE ELIGIBLE?

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

This certification has no specific admission requirements. Candidates for the qualification must, however, be at least eighteen years old, possess at least twelve years of formal education, or the equivalent, and speak English fluently.

 

PACKAGING RULES

The students enrolled in SIT40716 Certificate IV in Patisserie, units of competency as listed below:

32 units must be completed:

  • 26 core units
  • 6 elective units, consisting of:
  • 6 units from the list below, elsewhere in the SIT Training Package, or any other current Training Package or accredited course.
